Flora and Carly are tired pandemic mamas who are sisters and best friends with 5 kids amongst them who created Mucho Mama to support the work that women do.

Inspired by their Latin roots, Mucho Mama products are created to empower women and the ongoing wisdom and dedication they provide to the world.

Coming from a long lineage of abuelitas (grandmothers) who served as the matriarchs to their families, Flora and Carly believe in the strength of community.

The pandemic has ravaged Latino families, displaying the inequities that exist in healthcare, housing, and education. In California, Latinos are dying from the coronavirus far more than others. Latinas, who are mothers, are forced to exit the labor force in disproportionate numbers in comparison to men to care for their children.Therefore, the true purpose of our work is to inspire first generation Latino students to attend college and pursue entrepreneur roles. 25% of all sales will be sent directly to a non- profit organization that supports our cause.

It doesn’t stop there; you don’t need to be a mama to sport the gear. If you are “a lot” of “anything good”, wear it and enjoy it.
